Message From The President – Altex Industries – 20th Anniversary

A message from the President of Altex Industries, Dave Reich:

“Altex Industries, now in its 20th year of operations, is the Canadian industry leader for “Lifecycle Support for Heat Transfer Equipment.” “Lifecycle Support” was chosen as our slogan as we believe it literally captures what we do – from equipment design inception to manufactured completed product and then repairs and maintenance support for the remainder of the equipment life.

We are proud of our heritage, but even more excited for our future. Throughout the past 20 years, we appreciate the tremendous support from our clients, which has resulted in our ability to grow our company.

Beyond the bricks and mortar growth – this has meant that we have been able to put together the best team of people in the industry to support the work we do for our clients.

To recognize these people – Altex has instituted a structured recognition program. It is a program that is initiated by nominations from any company employee for another employee. The criteria is left quite general so as not to discourage the nominations.

In no particular order, we have awards for “Excellence in Innovation,” “Excellence in Safety,” “Outstanding Effort,” “Attitude is Everything,” “Merit,” and new for 2021 – the “Altex Teamwork Award.”

This series of awards has been well received and well earned by our staff. We proudly hang these plaques in our entrance at our head office 6831 – 42nd Street in Edmonton so that all can see.
